Twice-Yearly Inspections and Tune-ups: Our trained technicians will perform a comprehensive inspection of your HVAC system twice a year, in the spring and fall, to check for any issues that could affect its performance. We will also perform a thorough cleaning and tune-up to help improve its efficiency.
2. Priority Service: As a maintenance service plan customer, you'll receive priority service over non-plan customers, which means that if you have an emergency, we'll be there to help you quickly.
3. Discounts on Repairs and Replacements: If your HVAC system needs repairs, you'll receive a 10% discount on all parts and labor as a maintenance service plan customer. Additionally, if you need to replace your system, you'll receive a 5% discount on the total cost of the installation.
4. No Overtime Charges: If you need service outside of our normal business hours, you won't be charged overtime fees as a maintenance service plan customer.
5. Email and Text Reminders: We'll send you email and text reminders when it's time to replace your filters and schedule regular maintenance, so you can stay on top of your system's upkeep and prolong its lifespan.
